I was very pleased with my experience. I felt very relaxed during the process. Josette R. She explained all features in my new Elantra and answered all of my questions. She took time to actually walked me through how to operate some of features. They were willing to adjust their schedules to accommodate us! Didn't have to wait long and was able to watch TV while I waited to get my oil changed which is free for life.
The whole staff was courteous and helpful.

They did Norte to talk me into a lot of extras. The experience exceeded my expectation. I called and spoke with Brian and he told me to bring it on in since I was close. He met me on the service drive and we could smell burned oil. The service writers are polite but talk very fast and do not listen to the customers well.
Everything I wanted. Scheduling service online is easy, and Jordan Service Advisor always keeps me informed about everything. In and out in a reasonable time. Very professional and friendly environment. Would shop here again at this location. I think need more attention in this department. Great dealership. My son took the car in today and now all of a sudden the oil changes are not free.
I was told I am not doing any maintenance on the car. Skip was completely honest even with a slight change of 1. The whole experience was stress free and fun.

Big added plus Researched the van that I wanted. Found it online at Jim Burke, sent in a message and was called the following morning by Stephanie. Asked lots of questions about the vehicle and she had Ron the salesman contact me. Negotiated the price since this purchase was for a homeless shelter. They gave me their extra by staying with me for 2 hours after the closing time. My car purchase experience was great with Ms Erin , she is very dedicated and explicit about the advantages of buying a Subaru. I have been driving this car for about a week and it has been a fantastic experience!

When I showed up at 4: Paperwork was still on the Reps desk. While the paperwork indicated that I have been called and told about the air conditioner had to order a part and that I needed an oil change, no call was made. Donald Harris showed me thats not always true. My experience with him as my salesman went smooth and less stressful.

I received three text reminding me of service apointment each listing a different make and year of auto. None of which were correct. Also received three request for follow up review. Each from a different Jim Bureke auto make. Service personnel were very good. Had sold my old Subaru to my son in law and decided to get a newer Subaru that was certified. Long story short, after some research after I had a fender bender that the car had previously been wrecked with air bags deployed.
The report they had given me showed no accidents. I negotiated the price over the phone and on Saturday I flew there from Florida. I had the easiest buying experience ever. I left there feeling pampered and well taken care of. And you will love the attention to detail from Tom, who will go over your car amenities from A-Z with you.
